| Level 1 Administrative Divisions - Regions (1) The Grand Duchy of Dolgavia, hereby known as Dolgavia, will be divided into 5 regions. These regions will be primarily for statistical and planning capacities. Each Region will have a localized Region/Regional Development Council (RDC), they will be as follows: Karzon Region Development Council (KRDC), Vallosta Region Development Council (VRDC), Aibana Region Development Council (ARDC), Fürstenau Region Development Council (FRDC) and Dosne Region Development Council (DRDC). The capital city of Noversk will be considered a Special Administrative Region and will have a Special Administrative Region Development Council (SARDC) assigned to it known as the Noversk Special Administrative Region Development Council (NSARDC) and will be responsible for Noversk and not the Vollosta Region Development Council; (2) Each Region/Regional Development Council will be comprised of 20 members and will reflect the respective legislature seats won in the national legislature of the Dolgavia; (3) Region/Regional Development Council will act as a committee and will govern itself, the leading party of the region will be awarded the leadership of the Region/Regional Development Council and the head of the committee will be known as Regional Governor. Level 2 Administrative Divisions - Districts (1) The Region/Regional Development Council will be divided into the primary administrative, political and electoral administrative divisions known as Districts, these districts will be the primary system of government for most Dolgavians. (2) Districts will be headed by an elected District Commissioner and assisted by a District Commission which will comprise 10 members, representative of seats in the national legislature. Level 3 Administrative Divisions - Municipalities (1) The Districts will be divided into municipalities and they will vary in size and composition, they are headed by an elected Mayor and they have Municipal Councils which consist of 20 elected members, representative of seats in the national legislature. |
