After the economic crisis has passed the state needs to reorganize. Since ancient times the first thing a state does is to census its people. As such the Fatherland Front proposes a emergency comprehensive and complex census which will detail the following: Demographics and demographical changes in: - Religions - Genders - Ages - Income - Labour force in each constituency - Mortality rates for adult and babies in each constituency - Internet Access in each constituency - Computers per family. - Quality of Water access - Energy requirements per family and constituency - Energy access per family - Political affiliations (Not required) |

Message | I'll also recommend Mr Speaker that such a census be done every decade. Mr speaker the census is very important to any stste. It not only deals with demographical changes but also looks at the overall health of the state such as wages, labour force, mortality of adults and babies, wifi access, quality water access, energy access and other resources to which he humans need to survive in this era. Without a census, government can make bad policies. |
