| Dear members of the Knesset, I hereby inform you that I appoint Mr Isaak Walter as new Rav Aluf, as he was suggested to me by the old Rav Aluf. I am confident thta he will serve our country well. On another matter: The government intends to reunite the independent state of Tel Bizdhan with Beiteynu as no minorities are left in Beiteynu. Therefore the government has announced to the government of Tel Bidzhan that the representatives of Tel Bidzhan shall also become full members of the Knesset as result of the next election as a first step to reunification. The repeal of the respective acts by the Knesset will be done after the next election. Gurion Rosenstein, President and Prime Minister -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- By passage of this act the Knesset repeals the "Constitutional amendment: Foundation of the int. state of Tel Bidzhan Act". The reunification of Beiteynu will follow suit. The Knesset furthermore gives the governmen the right to support the new areas of Beiteynu with money and gurantees. |
