| Resolved, That the Assemblée nationale des Rildanoriennes has learned with profound regret and sorrow of the death of M. François Victorieux, President of the Republic, leader of the June Movement. Resolved, That the Assemblée nationale tenders its deep sympathy to the members of the family of the former President in their bereavement. Resolved, That in recognition of the many virtues, public and private, of one who served with distinction as the Président of the Republic, the Président d'Assemblée nationale, together with all the deputes and their families shall attend the funeral services of the former June Movement leader. Resolved, That the Sergent d'Armes of the Assemblée nationale be authorized and directed to take such steps as may be necessary for carrying out the provisions of these resolutions, and that the necessary expenses in connection therewith be paid out of the applicable accounts of the Assemblée nationale. Resolved, That the Greffier communicate these resolutions to the President, Manuel Vortis and transmit a copy of the same to the family of the former President. Resolved, That when the Assemblée nationale adjourns today, it adjourn as a further mark of respect to the memory of the former President. |
