Details

Status[?]: passed

Description[?]:
The current discrepancy in Hobrazian law outlawing tobacco, yet legalizing citizens to use all drugs have caused nightmares for our courts and law enforcement officer. We are proposing to reform our tobacco laws in order to clear up the confusion and keep those who wish to use tobacco in the privacy of their homes from having criminal backgrounds. Article 2: All individuals with tobacco related charges will have their sentences commuted to time served and all charges expunged from their records. |
