Status[?]: passed

Voting deadline: December 4217

Description[?]:

Nicola Gasbarro, Whip of LP:

"Hon. Collegues,
We propose you to change the current legislation about the phone services. In fact, we think that it is simple useless and anachrotistic, and also unfair, that the State will maintain for all the citizens free phone services and this is also a great obstacle for the development of a market in which different companies will be able to compete, pushing with the innovation and cut of the prices for the customers.

So, we propose you to change this law reintroducing a competitive and efficient market in this sector with the State which will continue however to assure to those with low income the access to the phone services.

Thank you"
