| Following the democratic referenda in the Istalian Protectorate of the Kalopian Free State of Mossavi and the Kazulian Protectorate of Wantuni Al-Najd, the people in the protectorates clearly decided to merge forces and become a single independent democratic state. The Federal Republic of Kalopia-Wantuni is hereby proclaimed, formed of two autonomous Federal States, the Federal State of Mossavi and Federal State of al-Najd. The federal capital is established in the city of Helios. A new constitution will be drafted by a Constitutional Assembly, to be voted by the population in free and democratic elections. Government of the Istalian Protectorate of the Kalopian Free State of Mossavi Government of the Kazulian Protectorate of Wantuni Al-Najd OOC: This is a constitutional RP law, requiring a 2/3 majority in order to pass according to section 22 of the game rules. What this bill does is establish the Federal Republic of Kalopia-Wantuni as a separate independent nation, consisting of the provinces of Mossavi and Al-Najd. Player Axxell from Istalia will have the right to RP its politics, foreign affairs, and military. Should he become inactive the player controlling the Foreign Affairs ministry in Istalia will have that right. The reunification of Kalopia will require the consent of both Kalopian and Istalian players. The "Istalian Protectorate of the Free State of Mossavi" region is renamed as "Federal State of Mossavi (Federal Republic of Kalopia-Wantuni)". The "Kazulian Protectorate of al-Najd" region is renamed as "Federal State of al-Najd (Federal Republic of Kalopia-Wantuni)" |
