The children of the Commonwealth are our most important asset, our greatest resource. The education of these children therefore must be of the utmost importance. For this reason it is the belief of my office that the nations policies need to be revised in order to provide the youth of Rutania with the environment and resources to grow into upright, upstanding, intelligent individuals who shall be a shining example of Rutanian greatness. |
