This bill request the changing of Senate procedures, by law according to http://classic.particracy.net/viewbill.php?billid=514938 and the linked bills within that link this requires 2/3 of the Peoples Assembly to pass. Article I For the purpose of legislative expediency the President shall maintain the right to delegate the responsibility of selecting Senate nominees to the Prime Minister by supporting a slate of nominations put forth by the acting Prime Minister. |
