| People suffering from serious conditions with little to no chance of recovery should have the free option to consider death with dignity. If the treating doctor can confirm the mental capacity of the patient in making this decision. No one should needlessly suffer for weeks or months on end if they do not want to - conversely euthanasia should never be pushed onto patients. The decision should remain a personal one. |
