We propose the following: The State; under the authority of the Ministry of Justice, shall i) freeze and seize all monies and assets of businesses in the production, distribution, or trade of material that is unquestionably tasteless and degrading to society, ii.) all purveyors of pornography shall be subject to a minimum of 10 lashes with a whip, with a maximum penalty of 200 lashes depending on severity and in addition to fines or imprisonment. |
