| Message | Mr Speaker, This is a radical new budget, but it is aimed at recognising the new income tax system we have presented, as that will reduce revenue by 24 billion pound, we must do the same with expenditure. Live within our means. Leave people more of their money so they can invest and spend it, instead of having the Government do so, whilst we maintain the essential public services. | Message | Mr Speaker, Radical in the extreme. We will not allow the Defence budget to be touched. Education is also a no-go area for our party. Instead of trying to reform an alright income tax/ Budgetary situation why dont the RCP enact laws which people will actually care about. | Message | Mr Speaker, Taxes need to come down. To ensure we do not run a deficit, the budget needs to be reigned in.
