Message | Mr. Speaker, what I'm proposing is a restoration of our democracy. Previous governments attempted to limit the people's democratic freedoms. They abolished the old Diet and replaced it with this so-called House of Patriots. This was a dark time in Luthori history when our legislature was little more than a debating club fpr various shades of fascism. The failure of far-right ideology has been exposed, and it's now time to restore our great tradition of democratic freedom. |

Message | OOC: Why was the assembly called Diet? Just curious. |

Message | Mr Speaker, This is a struggle, whilst we do endorse returning to Imperial Diet as the name for this august body, we do not believe in article 1 or 2. The largest party should get the sole right to form a Government and Government employees should share the views, aims and goals of the Government they work for. Therefore, we must vote no. Message | Mr Speaker, I would ask the representative for the RCP, would a stable coalition between smaller parties not serve this nation more effectively than a minority government? Willie Sims, Deputy Leader of the Libertarian Party |

Message | OOC: It used to be called the Imperial Diet. I figured Imperial doesn't really apply. I'm not sure for the reasons and it wouldn't be my choice, it's a German word and this nation is based on England. I though reverting to the name before PH made the most sense from a RP perspective. |

Message | I respect Mr Stinton's concerns. However this is solely a measure to ensure the democratic will of the people. Imagine, for example, if the largest party was a republican party but every other party elected were monarchists. That would be a clear demand for a monarchy that would be blocked because of this arbitrary rule. There are also situations where the largest party is unable to form a coalition. This shouldn't prevent other parties from trying to form a government. I urge the Conservatives to reconsider. - James Carlisle, Prime Minister |

Message | Mr Speaker, The largest Party shows the most support from the people, not including them in a Cabinet would be wrong and undemocratic, no one has address our concerns on Article 2. James Stinson Deputy Leader of the RCP OOC: the Monarch is still here, just has no powers, purely ceremonious and cultural |
