Bill: Child Labor and Education Bill of 4220

Details

Submitted by[?]: Páirtí Forásach Sóisialach

Status[?]: defeated

Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.

Voting deadline: July 4222

Description[?]:

We should be making it possible for children even of families that might need them to work to go to school. They are our future and without better funding and child labor laws we will never get a well educated workforce. Therefore we must provide a minimum income so families can afford to send their kids to school and also provide more money and guidance to all non-religious schools in our country.

MessageI would agree if article 1 wasn't there, it's ridiculous. I think you're misunderstanding what child labour means.

MessageWe will vote yes but if the bill passes we will bring forward a bill to once again legalise child labour. Teenagers should'nt be denied the right to work.

MessageWe're voting against, but otherwise agree with the PMN here.

And again, KPJP would eagerly support the minimum income article if it were proposed separately please; but cannot do so here due to the other three articles, all of which we oppose, sorry.
