| Hereby i would like to make an amendment to the presidential authority bill recently passed to prevent once another election and make the continuation of government secured. If the assembly votes in favor of this proposal the following law with its articles will be passed and become actively enforced. Article 1 - The President of the Bundesrepublik Dorvik, in the absence of a functioning executive branch (Cabinet) will have the authority to oversee the creation of a coalition that is in the benefit of the people of the Bundesrepublik Dorvik. Article 2 - The President of the Bundesrepublik Dorvik, Will have the authority to lead a demissionary cabinet taking over the tasks of the bundeskanzler after the event of an election until a new majority/supported minority government can be established. Article 3 - After a functioning government is in place the President will return to his/her symbolic duties and the coalition passed will be given back the authority to lead the country until Article 1 and 2 of this act will be put in motion after an election. Article 4 *AMENDMENT ARTICLE* -If vacant minister positions exist during the forming of a coalition the deputies of the president of the federal republic of Dorvik will take over the duties of the ministry/'s in question. Article 3 will be enforced once a functional coalition has been formed. |
