Bill: Gender Reassignment Surgery Act 4221
Details
Submitted by[?]: Baltusian Democratic Green Party (BDGP)
Status[?]: passed
Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.
Voting deadline: February 4222
Description[?]:
Members of Congress, There are many people in society who feel that the gender they've been born into is not who they actually are. As politicians, what right do we have to prevent those people from becoming their true sex, if they have the ability to do so in a safe and healthy manner? I ask for Congress to approve this proposal, which would make it clear that whilst this procedure is legal, regulations are in place, ensuring a process safe for the patient and everyone else involved. Let's make Baltusia among the first nations in Terra to have gender reassignment surgery fully legalised and recognised! Jake Peterson Health and Social Services Secretary |
