Message | Mr. Speaker, We support our colleagues in the PPR in calling for the end of Weapons of Mass Destruction. These weapons are not only grossly inhumane and destructive but are also, in our opinion, massively inoppropriate for Rutania's military and foreign policy needs. |

Message | Mr. Speaker The Rutinia party will concede the use of Nucler Weapons to the PPR, they are costly and impractical to have argue moment. However we do request the that we keep, the use of Chemical Weapons, as they are cheep and reliable, and as such would do great strides in saving many of are soldiers lives by keeping them out of unnessisary combat. That being said if the PPR are still uncomfortable, with the Chemical Weapons, we subject restricting there ability for use. |
