"In order to expand the government's ability to fund public works projects, I propose this bill to the Congress that will allow the Ministry of Finance to use the yearly surpluses to government projects, such as public works, construction, etc. I hope the congress will vote to pass this proposal, which if passed will become effective immediately with the 4222 surplus being carried over for next year usage." Message | While the Libertarian-Reform party is new to the scene of Beluzian politics, we hold to the belief that the fact that there is a surplus of of wealth shows that the citizens of Beluzia are being to highly taxed, instead of building meaningless buildings and works that the public may or may not find useful, this should be taken as an opportunity to lower our tax rates and leave it to the individual communities to decide what public works would benefit them locally instead of this Federal control...
