| Mr. Speaker, Enough is enough. For nearly a year now, we've witnessed a series of total humiliation of the federal government. Serious lacks of coherency within the governing coalition. And what is the most important, ruined, irresponsible, thievish and immoral fiscal policy of the incumbent administration. This is, as far as I know, the worst administration in the history of the Federal Republic of Dorvik when it comes to fiscal policy. Federal Minister of Finance Diedrich showed us his total lack of competence and lack of any sophistication with the creation and justification of fiscal policies of his ministry. He and his party, the Social Democratic Labor Front voted in favor of our increases in income taxes, which were warmly received by the public. This gave us a surplus of nearly 14 billion dolgars. We've then proposed a series of increases of governmental expenditure to fight with poverty, unemployment, over-taxation and to ensure 100% coverage of our citizen with professional and advanced healthcare, education and social services facilities. But to our, and I am convinced everyone in this Assembly, surprise the SDA refused to support our proposal and it introduced its own which deepened the over-taxation even more. We now have 18 billion dolgar in surplus which is a total, immoral waste of taxpayers money. How can we expect that the wide public takes this government seriously when all it does is steal their own money and gives them nothing back. Mr. President, therefore, on behalf of the Hosian Democratic Union, I present a Motion of no Confidence toward the Federal Government under Federal Chancellor Mark Hagen and again on behalf of the Hosian Democratic Union introduce a bill which calls for early election to be held as soon as possible. Main allegations: - EMBEZZLEMENT of the financial assets received through taxation; - PASSIVITY of the incumbent administration; - RUNNING a dangerous, detrimental fiscal policy; - MISMANAGEMENT of the vital sectors of the federal budget which in consequence put thousands of people in danger; Signed, Rep. I clearly stated that our budget proposal clearly didnt receive the support that we would get and that we would rethink our fiscal policy. Mister Diedrich is a politcian who has just entered the political arena. He was a math teacher on his local school and decided he wanted to help this great nation. the policy's you suggest will plunch us in a deficit which will be hard to recover from. The only thing Diedrich is looking for is a balanced budget. Thats why we have to start small. and build the spending up slowly but steadily. | Message | You see Mrs. Hammerstein, the fact that you say that you are working to invest this surplus into people does not mean that you do. The only way you are allowed to do so is through investing in specific ministries. As for now this surplus is unused and 18 billion dolgars are wasted and does not benefit people in any way. This is what over-taxation is about. You may keep saying that you plan to invest those money into people but as long as those money are not allocated in specific ministries those words are worth nothing. For over a year now you've demanded money in taxes form people and you refuse to use those money the way they should be used. Again we don't have any proof for the fact that those money are not going to anybody's pockets as well. And the fact that you say that having this big surplus may heal the country's economy is such irrational thing to do. Sweeties from the government, this surplus occurred thanks to maaaasive over-taxation, and it is not a result of your pragmatic policies. It is the result of total incompetent and now causes more of a damage rather than good. But the upside is that this damage is affecting also you, your reputation, your credibility. That's the only upside in this all sad thing. No this is not an answer in any way. You wont fool anybody with those kind of arguments.
