| Aid shall be sent. Our personnel shall include hired docters, drafted soldiers(1) and civilian volunteers for this mission. They shall distribute aid and medical attention to those who need it. They shall land in UPU safe zones for now, though after a year of this bills approval, it is expected that aid workers shall be sent elsewere, deeper in possibley dangerous territory. We shall have monitering blimps of the situation. 1.It is the soldier's choice to go into Al'Badara or not. |
