| Article 1 According to Article 12 of the Federal Code we call for the impeachment of the president. Article 2 It is clearly documented that the President had a vital and key role in the failed coup attempt five years ago. It is documented that he was a leader of the Rebellion: http://classic.particracy.net/viewbill.php?billid=521842 The Supreme Court ruled the Rebellion to be treason. Article 3 On these grounds the President would be removed from office effective immdeiately. Article 4 According to Article 15 of the Federal Code Vice President Deschi Roland would be inaugurated as President. |
