| This Bill is seeking to establish the constitutional review committee to review current role play laws in Malivia and whose sole objective is to establish new Role Play laws that will govern all political parties and citizens of Malivia in first looking at the various branches of government and confer of political powers and authority onto parties. This commission will be made up of the President, Prime Minister, Minister of Justice and Internal Affairs, Leader of the Main Opposition from the MFP and a representative from the CUP Parties will recommend Role Play laws to the Commission which will then be debated, discussed and give approval or disapproval before its placed for a vote |

| Message | OCC: OK no problem. Or something similar to the ACP in the UK with the Army Cadet Force. However though , I won't necessarily place it under this as the main focus is on braches of government and confering political power and authority on parties or politicians and their role, responsibilities and also any sort of sanctions/punishments. The bill for paramilitaries can actually be separate, which will simply need a majority from Parliament to pass. |

| Message | Well the idea is to revise and review the three Role Play bills presented above to the Commission and then create new laws as well, which will be done separately and passed and after be combined overall as one law. But this is a long process and it will have to be continued after the next electoral cycle. |
