An Act to protect Rutanian culture and its industry. Article 1. 1.1 All radio, television broadcasters and digital media services must allocate, at minimum, 30% of its air time to Rutanian content. 1.1.1 Digital Media Services with "by demand" services shall guarantee an offering of at least 30% Rutanian content. 1.2 Rutanian content shall constitute a production judged on the following criteria points: Production in Rutania, Subject matter related to Rutanian culture, production staff majority Rutanian, Artists are Rutanian citizens, Producers are Rutanian. |
