| Message | OOC: I agree that we should avoid having the same candidate winning 5, 6, or 7 times, which has been the case in some nations. But this is something that we should just remind the other parties instead of creating a rigid 3-time rule. I'm also fine with having an independent president, so I will abstain from this bill. |
