| OOC: Given the fact that the impeachment is an RP event, the players need to vote in favor this RP authorization bill to officially authorize it. In fact, if this bill will pass, the players will act as if the President is removed and the its place taken by the current Prime Minister who will act in RP to form a Government (as provides by the Constitution). This bill will approve officially an RP and if will pass all the players should adeguate their roleplay to it. If someone decide to not respect the RP (because they can also ignore the RP and the Constitution, which is an agreement between players but it is not binding) they cannot act against it as part of the Roleplaty itself and they will be simply ignored, as well as their RP activity, both into the game and into the forum. It is not good to put all the players against a single player, but on the other hand, as there seems to be no motivation for the RP previously announced by CC, it is not even right that a player: 1. Prevent other players from playing even though the same game mechanics have been in their favor, 2. But above all, since in any case with the current parliament any law of PASI-NS-PDI would pass, similar behavior put at risk the realism of the game, which provides, in RP, a clear constitution. We accept in RP the unleash of an institutional crisis, it is something that revitalize the gameplay, but everyone has had the opportunity to play and become a part of a government recently, so, this RP should be develop in respect of the will of all the players, so this RP authorization bill is simply a form of justice. In case one or more of the parties involved into the Government will become inactive, in this case the, given the fact that no more majority would be recognized, the players are invited to call early elections. Even this bill, like the previous one, has to pass by 2/3 of the votes in favor. Thank you. |

Player can in the case of voluntary conventions which they do not agree to, refuse to abide by them. Axxell, please do not incite players to persecute or shun other players. As Nationmaster of Istalia, it is vital that you act neutrally towards all players. You will need to retract that statement and pass a new RP law. You should also not mislead players with regards to the rules and operation of the Game Rules, particularly conventions. For misleading players about the Game Rules and inciting them to shun or persecute other players, Moderation is issuing you with a warning and you are removed from your position as Nationmaster.
