"It is with great sadness that I must announce that earlier today Brian Proctor, Leader of the Labour Party, Fomer Vice President and Former Minister of Defence has peacefully Passed away at the age of 91, Mr Proctor Served the people for 68 years after being elected as an independent Congressman at he age of 23 and then joining the Labour Party in November 4181. He will be greatly missed and shall always be remembered as the Labour Party's greatest Politician and Leader as well as one of the most loved politicians by the people of his time."
