MessageMembers of Congress,

It is incredibly important that private schools have the ability and flexibility to amend what they're teaching their pupils. As my friend the Majority Speaker said in an earlier debate, parents don't send their children, to Hosian schools or military academies for the same education they could in a government school.

However, we all as politicians must recognise that imperative to the progression and advancement of society is a decent education for children, and that starts with teaching them the necessary skills for life. This proposal is acceptable to my party because it ensures all students are taught at the very least basic things, whilst also allowing any private school to be just that - private and geared to a specific subject or religion.

As a result, the BDGP votes yes to this bill, and we hope the other parties follow.
