Five players (2/3rds) need to vote in favour 251 seats And after a period of inactivity, either one of the KP or PKZ must also agree to the proposal (active for longer than a month) Similar conditions must also be met to withdraw |

Message | OOC: It's a uniform standard for the economy and military, enabling more in depth RP in times of war or economic-related RP. It also has the ability to introduce alliance and working with other countries in times of war. It's a more revised version of there was already and global events would take place; and by joining the accords we could partake. By the way, I've realised that there is six parties not seven (so only four parties have to vote in favour?) |

Random fact: Particracy isn't just a game, it also has a forum, where players meet up to discuss role-playing, talk about in-game stuff, run their own newspaper or organisation and even discuss non-game and real-life issues! Check it out: http://forum.particracy.net/ |
Random quote: "The Revolution needs to progress. We as humans need to evolve into higher beings through better moral virtues. And we can achieve that if we clean ourselves from the immoral. Those who go against the Revolution, go against human progress and must be freed in the most humane way possible. That is why we introduced the guillotine." - Maximus Robertson, former Davostani revolutionary |
