| Members of Congress, We are in a difficult position. Some animals classed as on the endangered list worldwide are anything but in certain remote rural areas of the Baltusian rainforest. Animals like the Baltusian jaguar can grow to immense size and terrorise farms. Other animals are spreading disease to livestock and must be stopped now. We, therefore, propose a change to the law to allow farmers to take appropriate action against animals that threaten their livelihood, whatever that animal's status. This in some cases would require withdrawing from an old international conservation treaty, which does not even allow people to apply for a hunting licence - whatever the circumstances.
