As we have always supported, diplomats know how to behave. If not, they are send to their own nations. As we only have relations with democratic nations, we assume they will know how to treat the diplomats, and if not, it will be exposed to the international community and actions will be taken. Old value:: Diplomats are exempt from prosecution for criminal acts but not from civil lawsuits, but may still be expelled because of criminal acts.
Current: Diplomats are exempt from prosecution for criminal acts but not from civil lawsuits, but may still be expelled because of criminal acts.
Proposed: The Government grants full diplomatic immunity and foreign diplomats are protected from arrests and prosecution from all laws and are protected from civil lawsuits, but may be expelled.
