We don't want reintroduce the authorization for the nation to use the Nuclear Weapons, but already the Nation is owner of one of the larger nuclear arsenal and it is not so simple nor so intelligent to proceed with the its destruction. Other matter the one about the chemical and biologic weapons: we don't want store and develop chemical or biologica weapons, but we should continue the research on them to be ready to contrast the menace from abroad" |
