| The Hosian Democratic Union presents a bill which will establish a publically owned holding under the name "State Forests" which will on behalf of the Federal Government of the Federal Republic of Dorvik manage aspect of state-owned forests. SH "State Forests" shall be responsible for forest management to ensure general protection of forests, sustainable maintenance, continuity and sustainable use of all forest functions and increase of forest resources. In the result of this proposal SH "State Forests" shall become the manager of the entire area of 29 700 000 hectares of forest terrain. The territory managed by the "State Forests" would cover about 77.8% of Dorvish forests. State Holding "State Forests" will have to be in 75% financially self-sufficent. The remaining 25% would be covered from the Federal Budget for Environment and Tourism. Establishment of the State Holding "State Forests" will also create numerous work opportunities. In the first year of its existance it will be approximately 13.000 job positions and this number will be expanded in the following years. http://imgh.us/sf_1.png |
