Yes, Health and Social Services received the biggest cuts, but we do not need such a huge welfare state. It is larger than our infrastructure spending AND almost as large as the military spending. Are we trying to put everyone on pensions or why do we need that?

MessageBeniamino Massa,

"I think we simply cannot afford to run such a high Social budget. It is proportionately huge to everything else, we should privatize instead. We have kept the cits to it under 10 billion, and cut everything else except Infrastructure and Internal Affairs as we cannot strip Istalia from its roads, ports, police and firefighters."

Random fact: In cases where players introduce RP laws to a nation and then leave, Moderation reserves the discretion to declare the RP laws void if they appear to have fallen into disuse. In particular, please bear in mind that a player who is inexperienced with Particracy role-play and has joined a nation as the only party there should not generally be expected to abide by RP laws implemented by previous players who have been and left.
