Details

Submitted by[?]: Parti d'Aube Dorée

Status[?]: defeated

Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.

Voting deadline: December 4230

Description[?]:

Small-scale inventors fall prey to giant corporations copying their ideas . This development is destroying the employment opportunities for small engineers who seek to live from the money they gain by selling their inventions. Without proper legislation around patent etc., They can not be protected from greedy businesses who seek to impudently steal another man's creations.

MessagePatents are anti-free market and anti-freedom of speech. Patents enforce monopolies and prevent the trade of ideas.

Random fact: It is not allowed to call more than 5 elections in 5 game years in a nation. The default sanction for a player persisting in the early election tactic will be a seat reset.

Random quote: "Politics is supposed to be the second oldest profession. I have come to realize that it bears a very close resemblance to the first." Ronald Reagan (1911 - 2004)
