| The different cabinet ministries are, doubtless, of varying degrees of importance. It therefore does not make sense to give out cabinet ministries in a cabinet proposal according to the number of ministries each party gets. I decided to come up with a weighting system for the cabinet whereby each ministry is worth a different amount. | Message | I think that Health & Social Services as well as Trade and Industry should count more than education and infrastructure. Trade and Social Services are handled by the federal government most of the time, but infrastructure and education are handled by the regional governments most of the time. |

| Message | That makes sense but does it really need changing seeing that it is only 0.5 different? I would like the numbers to add up to a round figure so I could change it to 1.8 vs 1.2 if you like. |

| Message | If we were to take the current cabinet as an example: The GCP makes up approx 20.5% of the current government. Theoretically it should therefore have 20.5% of weighted cabinet ministries. 30 x 0.205 = 6.15 (6). Their cabinet weightings in actual fact currently add up to 5.5 - almost bang on. The current cabinet, according to my calculations, is therefore fairly weighted. |
