Mr.Speaker, This is the first step towards what Luthori was when it was a proud monarchy,and the First Step towards​ that is the restoration of the Privy Council,The Cabinet Members shall be members of the Privy Council and will be given the Term "Right Honourable" upon their inauguration.The Leader of the Opposition and his shadow cabinet shall also be bestowed with the title.
