"The judicial system is meant to protect every citizen, but the truth is that low income individuals have a hard time paying for a lawyer, so the state has to ensure equal opportunity before the judge.
As part of the reform we would like to give more privacy to our citizens. Only convicted criminals should have their DNA recorded."

If I may ask for the splitting of the bill, as We completely agree with Article 2, however not with article one as we believe that convicted and accused should get their DNA recorded to be able to locate the people, in cases where they want to flee the country.
