Bill: Biological and Chemical Weaponry Debate

Details

Submitted by[?]: Patriotic Party of Baltusia

Status[?]: defeated

Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.

Voting deadline: June 4235

Description[?]:

Members of Congress,

As part of our ongoing review into the use of weapons of mass destruction by our armed forces, and given our attempts to bring about a global consensus on reducing the number of nuclear warheads, I would ask all parties to provide feedback for the following debate.

This focuses on our use and development of biological and chemical weaponry. Do a consensus of parties want them or should we move away from this kind of weaponry as we have with land mine devices?

I will see how parties vote on this proposal before moving on to nuclear weapons and would value feedback from both sides of the house.

Foreign Secretary

MessageAs a left wing party, I have to say that we need biological and chemical weaponry. I think if we got rid of them, on the national stage we won't be taken as seriously. They act as a deterrent.
