MessageNo, it isn't that simple. In fact, to say it is that simple is rather short-sighted. What doctor would want to work for the state if he or she could make more money in a private practice? And what doctor, after being exposed to those profits, would not madden themselves with the extra money and start offering sub-par service for more money? This is a slippery slope, one with injustice and inequality waiting for us at the bottom.
