Message | Mr. Speaker When combined with our Tax System and the increase of government revenue this new Budget will give us a healthy surplus. This surplus will be utilized to help pay down our debt for the next two years of our mandate after which we can re-examine the budget and its surplus and re-invest in other department or government initiatives or give the Hutori people a tax cut. We are more then happy to explain any budget adjustments as parties require them but we will wait no more then six months before pushing this Budget and Bill C-33 for a vote. Message | ''Mr. Speaker We are surprised to see such a budget coming from the Conservative Party of Hutori. However I would change a couple of things in it. Mostly instead of giving 100 billions HRL to the Health and Social Services ministry we should give only 98 billions or 97 billions because there is many law that have passed recently that make the ministry of Health and Social Services less expensive, for exemple the ''Child Bebefit Act'' (http://classic.particracy.net/viewbill.php?billid=525454) who make us pay less in child benefit or the ''Second Devolution Act''(http://classic.particracy.net/viewbill.php?billid=526669) who make us pay less in sport clubs. But in it's overall we think that his budget is a godd idea and we will gladly support it.'' -Frederick Mulroney Former minister of Finance |
