Article 1) Funding for prescription drug research is limited to drugs that have life-saving potential. Drugs for any other purpose than quality of life or life saving will not be funded by the government. Article 2) Pharmaceutical corporations have the right to charge whatever they wish for their medication. Article 3) If the cost of prescription drugs exceeds the recommended retail price the pharmaceutical corporation will have to repay the federal government the cost of research. It will also only have six months before a generic patent will be issued to any other pharmaceutical company that wishes to obtain one, |
