In order to receive funding a party must form an official Assembly Caucus in the Federal Assembly. A caucus must have at least 3% of the Assembly (currently 15 MAs) to be recognised as an Assembly Caucus. Government funding is apportioned according to the numbers of legislators a caucus has. OOC: This system is based closely on the UK's Short Money and France's Parliamentary Group system. |
