Description[?]:

(This bill was proposed by the senator Harvey Adams)
The biodiversity of Hutori is not the property of one province, the biodiversity of Hutori is the property every hutorian. Whales are an endangered animal and if we don't do anything whales are going to go extinct. Some people may say that this bill infringe the provinces rights, but we believe that we shouldn't ever give to the province the power to take a bad decision, we shouldn't give to the province the right to power whaling.

MessageMr. Speaker

Provincal government are not children. The NPP are treating our Provinces as such. If the evidence is as good as they claim then they need to rely on our provincial partners are able to make decisions about it. In some cases the economy of some far northern towns and villages rely on whaling for prosperity, what do the NPP have to say to them?
