We hope this makes the proposal acceptable and will seek the ratification of the former Article 1 on a later date. Article 3 (now 1) will be kept in this proposal for the reason that our party thinks these no-power titles should be hereditary to ensure the family's that get the honour of such a title can remember the loved ones that got the title and so they will be able to continue the legacy of theyre ancestors.
