| Dear Citizens, Rogue Military units in Loren shire have just refused to hand over policing powers to the police and demand the old state of affairs in which the military has powers of police be reinstated! The following is a list of demands the Rouge Units under the command of General Aedd(now styling himself Chief of State) has placed including changing the name of the Union to "State of Dranland" 1.Change the name of the country to "State of Dranland" 2.Capital city be changed to Ilbae 일배/Llwybr Hawl 3.National Flag https://vignette4.wikia.nocookie.net/althistory/images/6/62/Fascist_party_flag.jpg/revision/latest?cb=20110206123150 4.The Head of State is also Head of Government. 5. Only the Head of State can propose a cabinet coalition 6.Government employees are selected and appointed in a political way. 7. Title of Head of Government is Chief of State - 국장 (gugjang) - Caudillo - Prif Gwladol 8. Title of Head of State Chief of State - 국장 (gugjang) - Caudillo - Prif Gwladol 9.The Head of State oversees the appointment of all mayors. 10.All citizens are issued with identity cards and are required to carry them at all times. 11.The military acts as a de-facto police force, with powers of arrest. 12.The police can search a person or their property without restrictions. 13.All adults upon completion of schooling must serve a term of civilian national service. 14.Paramilitaries are allowed with full privileges, with the right to intervene when necessary.
