Not long ago Hobrazia suffered through one of her most trying times, a civil war between pro government and finnist militants. In order for our great nation to prosper we must have lasting peace (within our borders), in order to have lasting peace, we must foster trust. These hearings will be the first step in this process, during which we will be investigating 1.Whether there were any violations of domestic laws, the constitution or ratified treaties relevant to the treatment of civilians and prisoners on the part of the Government or RFP sanctioned actors 2. Where and how frequently they occurred 3. To what extent were government or party leaders aware of or responsible for said atrocities.

" i thought that the government branding him a war criminal was a ploy. but after reading the reports i cannot deny that the man i once called a friend is a monster." as previous party leader, Rodger Finn committed suicide and destroyed his personal computer there is no way knowing if colonel heart was under specified orders from the mr Finn or acting on his own accord. other than these horrid acts there is no record of human rights abuse. we are currently conducting a thorough investigation on all 50'000 veterans currently serving time. |

"Hobrazia was governed by a KPH/PPH coalition government at the time of the civil war. The government acted in accordance with the laws of Hobrazia at all times. Indeed, even the RFPH have not suggested otherwise. Once the government took back control over the areas where the RFPH had set up a puppet government, those responsible for crimes were prosecuted for them. In the most serious cases this necessitated imprisonment for life. The government regrets any and all loss of civilian life that occurred during civil war. We hope that these dark days will never return to our country." |

The RFPH had a history of commiting terrorist acts and were given multiple chances to reform an be civil. The RFPH could not be civil and that was the reason that they were excluded from the government after several years of a KPH/PPH/RFPH government. The KPH/PPH position has been that the civil war, the rebel government, and rebel combatants were an illegetimate government. Therefore those rebel combtants that have been proven to kill their fellow Hobrazian citizens have been convicted of murder and are serving appropriate sentences. To treat them as POW's only legitimizes the RFPH's terrorist and traitorous past. We are also deeply concerned by the RFPH's thinly veiled threats. The PPH looks forward to the day that our parties can once again cooperate in peace, sadly the RFPH has shown that today is still not that day." Anastasia Teslo. |

Mr. Donnaven has no interest in negotiation or reconciliation, but hurls abuse towards the KPH and PPH without regard for the truth. The KPH delegation, with regret, will return home this evening." |
