Bill: Socialist Revolution

Details

Submitted by[?]: Workers' Party of Cobura

Status[?]: passed

Votes: This bill asks for an amendement to the Constitution. It will require two-thirds of the legislature to vote in favor. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.

Voting deadline: January 4240

Description[?]:

The ineffective revolution started in 4218 failed as it was not led by a Vanguard Party and could thus not successfully establish a dictatorship of the proletariat in Cobura. But now the workers and peasants of Cobura are led by the guiding Vanguardship of the Workers' Party of Cobura, a party that will lead the struggle against Istalian colonialism and liberate Cobura from feudalism and capitalism.

OOC: Cobura is renamed as "Ye Kobura Dīmōkrāsīyāwī Ye Soshalīsiti Rīpeblīk (Democratic Socialist Republic of Cobura)"

Random fact: It is possible for a player to transfer ownership of a character or a royal house to another player. This should be done in a public way, such as on the Character Transfers thread, so that if a dispute arises in the future, Moderation can be pointed towards evidence of the transfer.

Random quote: "The only difference between the Republican and Democratic parties is the velocities with which their knees hit the floor when corporations knock on their door. That's the only difference." - Ralph Nader
