Bill: Vaccinations Amendment 4239
Details
Submitted by[?]: Nationale Liberale Partei
Status[?]: defeated
Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.
Voting deadline: April 4240
Description[?]:
Currently it is compulsory for children to be vaccinated. Regardless of your stance on how effective they are this is clearly an attack on personal freedom. Also some children with health issues are prone to dangerous side effects and should be able to choose not to vaccinate based on this. |
Proposals

Message | OOC: There should be an option that children can opt out due to medical conditions but there isn't |

Message | Is it not vital to protect the next generation? The national liberals think not. They seem to have an abhorrent view and attitude towards the people of this nation. They give the impression that cost-efficiency savings are more important than the health of our children and grandchildren. George Heinerstein MP Conservative Party Health Spokesman |

Message | We strongly encourage all child-protectionist parties to vote against this immoral proposal! It is vital this proposal is opposed by the government in order for minority government support to continue. George Heinerstein MP Conservative Party Health & Social Care Spokesman |

Message | Hear, hear! LP members at KUP OOC: I think that's kind of what this is? Could make a suggestion on the forums haha, there's a dedicated bit somewhere I think... there's quite a few things they miss out. Not sure if they still add stuff, I think they do though |

Message | Regarding the KUP's statement. Is it not immoral to force people to vaccinate? Many of our children have medical conditions that cause side effects when said person is vaccinated. The health of these youngsters would be improved should they not be forced to vaccinate. This bill does not ban people from Vaccinating in fact there is encouragement to do so . What we can conclude from this is that it is the KUP not the NLP who genuinely care about the health of our upcoming generations. Also threatening the Government into voting with you is also morally repugnant. Benedikt Obst NLP Health Spokesman |

Message | *Laughs.* We need not be threatened -- we at least already agree with the KUP... look, those with specific conditions are exempt on doctor's orders. Those for whom this is safe we feel should have vaccination. Alexander Feigenbaum Bundeskanzler LP Leader |

Message | OOC: "those with specific conditions are exempt on doctor's orders. Those for whom this is safe we feel should have vaccination." You're sure about that? |

Message | OOC: I mean it would be assumed so? It seems odd for us to just force them all. Surely the doctor or nurse would be like, 'have you got any conditions?' Idk, ignore that if you wish. I may be wrong, it's vague. |

Message | So the NLP now want to unleash smallpox upon us all? Does their dumbness never cease? There are NO major side-effects from vaccination (OOC: literally none, 0, nada, zero), and there has NEVER been a proven case of ANY side-effects from vaccination apart from feeling mildly ill for a very short amount of time. NO, NO, NO and a thousand more times NO. I presume you think vaccinations cause autism, perhaps the most disproven medical theory of all time. The health of NOBODY is increased by not having a vaccine. You obviously don't know how they work. I suppose you have some crackpot theory about mercury in the needles or some nonsense. Children not vaccined face risks of smallpox, cancers, STVs, mumps, fevers, viruses, infections and more diseases than I could count. Children who are vaccined face risks of nothing. Sheer stupidness. Elsanne van Rhee DVP Darnussian Affairs Spokesperson |

Message | I suggest you stop trying to assume our personal thoughts on how effective Vaccines are. Kind Regards Gunther Weingartner NLP Leader |
Date | 20:58:43, July 10, 2017 CET | From | Vrijheid Partij | To | Debating the Vaccinations Amendment 4239 |
Message | I suggest you pick up a book on biology. Your thoughts, as much as you'd like them to, don't matter on this issue. It's a closed case. It's medical fact. No discussion needed, vaccines should be mandatory and do not cause health risks. End of story. Elsanne van Rhee DVP Darnussian Affairs Spokesperson |
