Most of the requirements for the restoration are in this bill and we hope all party's can cooperate and agree with this massive reform. Upon passing of this reform the name of the nation will be changed to "Republik Dorvik" Centralization reform to get back to a Centralized Republic will follow shortly |

| Message | President, Let me explain the reason we have included the combined HOS/HOG. We think that by making the head of state the head of government as well gives us a strong presidential authority directly chosen by the people. We ourselves have never won a presidential election and this is not for our benefit but rather in the benefit of the people. By combining the 2 offices we give the people direct control over who will be theyre leader for the next 4 years and create a decisive office that will be able to tackle all problems. We understand that this can make negotiating a cabinet harder. But this is not to be feared of. Our party's are strong and our ability's immense. Challenge and compromise is all what Dorvik stands for otherwise we could not have come this far. I ask you to support the bill as it is including Article 3 as well.
