| As the government gives this to private companies, they need to show the government they are capable to do this. Following criteria need to be followed: - The companies are approved by the government concerning financial health and know how of the power grid - An amount of 100 000 KRP needs to be paid on an account. This account can only be used if the company isn't able to pay for maintenance etc. This to protect tax payers from a possible bankruptcy of the companies. |
